Barbara has been working as a professional singer/actress for the past 20 years. She has supported the likes of Vince Jones, Galapagas Duck, Renee Geyer at a variety of Jazz and Blues festivals around the country!

The Barbara Fordham Trio

Play a vintage repertoire with a contemporary sound – they swing it lightly with the songs made famous by Ella Fitzgerald, Billy Holiday, Carmen McCrea, Nina Simone and then foot to the peddle hollering R&B like Etta James, Ruth Brown and Big Mama Thornton. Their original repertoire snuggles alongside beautifully with an eclectic array of well loved favourites from Tom Waits to Ray Charles.

From corporate and private events to concert style and cabaret performances the Barbara Fordham Trio will give any event a classy and sophisticated feel that will still move the audience to get up on their feet and dance.
